Everyone is sick (it's a conspiracy)

During a meeting this morning, I started noticing how everyone is sick. The presenter hacked through the whole thing. Several people in the audience were noticeably tissue-equipped. Everyone is ill. Even John is coughing the morning away in his office behind me. There's only one explanation, conspiracy!
