On March 16th, in memory of my godmother, Nancy Goetzen, whose lifelong generosity provided the means for Thom and I to get this wonderful house, we gathered together with my mom and dad and brother and sister-in-law for our first big family dinner. We made tacos, but since I was running a little late -- couldn't find the cheese grater-- oops it was still in the apartment! -- everyone was a little bit hungry by the time I took this picture!! Despite the delay it was a great meal and we all had a great time celebrating our new house!
