This book was the inspiration for the decorating theme. At one point I even thought of taking the book apart and framing each page, but then I realized how many copies of the book I would need to do that! This book was given to us by a good friend at church in Massachusetts along with a number of other hand-me-down childrens books which her children had outgrown. Her kids were older now and had loved this one and wanted Kara to have it then.
